			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Accountability is a great way to prevent excess holiday weight gain.  The average person gains 2 &#8211; 5 pounds within the holiday season.  This is an excess of 500 calories each week for 5 weeks.  </p>
<p>Join the JESIKA<em>fit</em>ness challenge to prevent holiday weight gain, maybe even lose weight, or better yet&#8230;<strong>WIN</strong> the fitness challenge and return the following session, compliments of OH-Wellness.<br />
The rules are as follows:<br />
1) Sign-up for a body assessment between 10/24/2011 and 11/7/2011.</p>
<p>2) Register for a class(es) in the 6-Week November/December Session, which begin November 7th &#8211; December 17th.</p>
<p>3) You <strong>MUST</strong> log your food intake and daily exercise expenditure for 6 weeks.  I recommend two free websites:<br />
1) sparkpeople.com<br />
2) mypyramidtracker.gov<br />
3) I am also open to any other site you may prefer.<br />
You <strong>MUST</strong> provide me with your password so I can follow your food intake and exercise expenditure. In return I will make recommendations for optimal and SAFE results.<br />
PLEASE NOTE: I will gladly walk you through the website for set-up.</p>
<p>4) <strong>REWARD!</strong> The person that achieves the greatest change in overall body composition (NOT JUST SCALE WEIGHT)  will <strong>WIN a FREE 6-week session</strong>.</p>

The rules are as follows:<br />
1)     Sign-up for a body assessment between 6/10/10.</p>
<p>2)     Register for a class in the Summer 2010 session, which begins June 7th.</p>
<p>3)     You <strong>MUST</strong> log your food intake and daily exercise expenditure for 8 weeks by using a FREE website developed by the US Department of Agriculture (<a href="http://www.mypyramidtracker.gov">www.mypyramidtracker.gov</a>).  You <strong>MUST</strong> provide me with your password so I can periodically follow your food intake and exercise expenditure.  In return I will make recommendations for optimal and SAFE results.<br />
<strong>PLEASE NOTE</strong>:  I will gladly walk you through the website for set-up.</p>
<p>4)     <strong>REWARD!</strong> The person that achieves the greatest change in overall body composition (<span style="color: #99ccff;">NOT JUST SCALE WEIGHT</span>)  <strong>will win a FREE 8-week class the following session</strong>.</p>
<p>I plan to offer the Jesika<em>Fit</em>ness Challenge throughout the year.  This is my way of REWARDING you for your commitment to health and fitness and of course by holding you accountable, I hope to educate you to make better overall choices and achieve optimal health!  So far in the first half of the year <strong>Gary P. and Christa P. </strong><strong>earned</strong> a FREE class&#8230;will you be next????</p>
