It is all about small, itty, bitty, teeny, tiny steps! To help you monitor your progress and achieve your fitness goals, I offer FREE periodic body assessments. [DESCRIPTION]
- This class is designed for the everyday person who wants to improve their endurance, coordination, flexibility and muscular balance. You'll be guided through a series of exercises that will include bands and resistance cords that will sculpt your body as you build muscle and melt fat.
- This class is an excellent class for beginners. There is no impact with movements that are slow and isolated
[EQUIPMENT]
- Please bring an exercise mat, WATER and ONE pair of 1 - 3 lb. hand-weights to class. Please wear proper footwear, such as walking shoes or cross-trainers.
- I will now provide Fitness Tool Kits that you'll use during class. Purchasing a Tool Kit for your own personal use (in class and at home) is now an option. If you are interested in this option, you can pay via Paypal or write a check for $30.00 made payable to JESIKAfit LLC.

[DESCRIPTION]
- This class is designed for those who are active and young at heart, yet are not comfortable in large group fitness classes. By limiting the class size to a maximum of 12 people, you will feel like you have your own personal trainer. The goal of this class is to add a zero to light impact cardiovascular workout as well as strength training by using resistance bands and light weights to maintain and regain full range of motion. The class will have limited choreography, so movements are easy to follow. There is much focus on safety and proper alignment, which in the long run will help prevent injury.
- This class is excellent for beginners and active retired individuals. Expect to work up a sweat and have fun while getting the suggested amount of cardiovascular exercise and strength training recommended for Older Adults by the Center for Disease Control and Prevention.

[DESCRIPTION]
- Bump up your core strengthening exercises by adding a cardiovascular workout! This class is designed to improve endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance, core strength and cardiovascular training, WHILE burning fat!
- I will guide you through a series of exercises using interval and circuit training techniques, hand held weights (1-5 lbs), bands, resistance cords, and stability ball. While I push you to your personal best, safety is essential - especially while using the stability ball for balancing and coordination.
- If you liked Muscle Sculpting on the Ball, you're definitely going to have fun in this class!
[EQUIPMENT]
- Please bring an exercise mat, WATER and ONE pair of 1 - 3 lb. hand-weights to class. Please wear proper footwear, such as walking shoes or cross-trainers.

- Bump up your Muscle Sculpting by adding a cardiovascular workout! This class is designed to improve endurance, coordination, flexibility, muscular balance and cardiovascular training.
- Though this is a high impact class, there are ALWAYS low impact options.
- I will guide you through a series of exercises using interval and circuit training techniques, hand-held weights, bands, resistance cord, jump rope, core training and many more surprises that will sculpt your body as you build muscle and melt stubborn fat away. There is much focus on safety, proper alignment, and maintaining full range of motion for all muscle groups. If you want more "Bang-for your Buck," then THIS is the workout class for you!

- Please bring an exercise mat, jump rope, ONE pair of 1 - 5 lb. weights and WATER to class. Please wear proper footwear, such as cross-trainers or running shoes.

[DESCRIPTION]
- This is a unique class designed to give you a complete, intensive, yet fun, cardiovascular workout. It features both moderately challenging and advanced drills without involving any complicated choreography.
- Sneaker Camp is a much safer approach to Boot Camp. Why? A variety of exercises are rotated to help avoid repetitive motion and subsequent stress injuries. Classes take place in a controlled studio environment with mirrors, flat surface, limited group size, and air conditioning. You will be guided through a proper warm-up and cool-down.
- Although this is a high impact class, there are always low impact options. You are encouraged to go at your own pace, so there is no pressure or competition whatsoever! And absolutely NO YELLING!
[EQUIPMENT]
- Just bring your water, towel, and mat for the cool-down portion.
- If you have your own jump rope that you would like to use, please bring it along. Otherwise, I have jump ropes for everyone to share.
- Oh yes...most important of all, be ready to get your Sneakers MOVING!
