JESIKAfit's Mission Statement

My mission is to promote a balance between physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. With my guidance, you will learn to make healthy choices, learn to enjoy exercise and avoid extreme behaviors. My goal is to provide you with a unique and fun fitness experience that will empower you, restore a balance in your life, and lead you to Physical Wellness.

My teaching methods emphasize small gradual steps so that you can go at your own pace. With each class, you will become progressively stronger, feel better about your body and yourself, and you will gain immense coordination, endurance and flexibility.

I encourage you to understand and respect your own physical limitations while still striving for your personal best. With a focus on safety and proper alignment, classes are small enough that I can give you individual attention and provide low impact options when necessary. JESIKAfit classes are comparable to having your own personal trainer, but in a classroom setting, so there is a unique sense of camaraderie.

In my classroom, it's all about safety, humor (a lot of humor), and having a great time. I'm hopeful that through JESIKAfit, my teaching methods and fitness plans will inspire you to become healthy, fit, physically well and happy. As I always say: We are all going to age...it's inevitable. But 50% of how we age is within our control, so let's age gracefully and have fun while we're getting fit!
