About the Personal Training Program:
In addition to my group fitness classes, I also offer group personal training, featuring a limited number of students per workout session and one-on-one individualized training sessions.
Once I assess your overall level of fitness, I will guide you through proper exercise techniques for a more personal workout honoring your baseline fitness level. One size does not fit all! As we train together, you will also learn about healthy eating habits, which for many is the most difficult element of fitness to incorporate and maintain. It has been proven that for optimal LONG TERM results, a balance of healthy eating and exercise is necessary. While I monitor your progress throughout the session, you will see and feel the benefits. My goal is to motivate you to MAINTAIN BALANCE long after our time together has ended!

- A Doctor's consent is MANDATORY if you do not pass the PAR-Q
- Assessments will be taken before beginning your fitness program
($100 value - Included in training package): - Resting Heart Rate, Resting Blood Pressure, BMI, Body Composition, Body Measurement, Waist to Hip Ratio, Resting Metabolic Rate, Thermic Effect of Food, Daily Energy Expenditure, Macro-nutrient contributions, Cardiovascular Assessment, Muscular Endurance, Flexibility, Psychosocial Elements and Fasting Blood work recommended.
- A written report (6 - 8 pages) will be provided with explanations for all assessments
- Buddy sessions are welcome - "Friends that sweat together, stick together!" NOTE: Prices vary slightly for small group training
[Equipment]
- I will be equipped with all that is needed for your exercise sessions. You will need proper shoes, clothing, and a Positive Attitude. Leave the rest to me!
